Seneca Stag Brewing Company is a new farm brewery located in the village of Penn Yan, NY. Located in a refurbished hay barn not far from the shores of Seneca Lake, our mission is to satisfy Central New York’s growing thirst for hand-crafted beers, in a rustic setting that honors the heritage and culture of traditional German biergartens. Utilizing modern techniques, emphasizing traditional flavors, and making use of only the freshest local ingredients, Seneca Stag hopes to showcase the very best of Finger Lakes Brewing through our native brews and those of our friends and neighbors.
