Keepsake is a small family brewery in Gaston County, NC. The brewery is owned and run by Bobby and Katherine Myers along with their 'little helper', Gumbo the Catahoula Leopard Dog. The brewery produces a Helles Lager, Pils, Pale Ale, and Black Lager, plus a few timely seasonals. The brewery's specialization helps to refine beers into treasured keepsakes for their customers. Bobby has a traditional education in brewing from VLB in Berlin, Germany. Keepsake's beers are made with the highest quality, imported, raw materials. They perform cold fermentations and extended cold maturations. Their beers are naturally carbonated, unpasteurized, unfiltered and do not contain clarifying agents.
