From the very beginning, TBC has always been about sharing our passion for good beer with our friends, and our desire to open a brewery grew naturally from that original idea. In an effort to balance our love of those shared experiences with the massive practical demands of brewery ownership, we have adopted a non-traditional brewery model. For much of the time, TBC functions as an extension of The Barrel House, providing all required alcohol service for private Barrel House events. But for one glorious weekend each month, The Patio is open! In addition, we will be open for select dates throughout the month.
