Locally owned microbrewery and taproom serving proprietary beer recipes that are brewed in house. On the menu you'll find a variety of hearth fired pizzas on house made dough, locally sourced pretzels & beer cheese (of course its made with our beer!), several Texas teas and sodas, and a small rotating selection of guest beers and wines. Located on the corner of Houston St. and N Main; just south of the Lamar County Courthouse in Historic Downtown Paris, TX. The only brewery in Lamar County!
